- - PRESS RELEASE - -

LOUISVILLE, April 4, 2005 - EON US Center has completed a 1,015-square-foot lease at 220 West Main Street, a twenty three-story office tower located in the Louisville CBD.  QUEUE CAFÉ, a gourmet restaurant, signed a long-term lease to occupy the south west corner of the building lobby.

Christopher M Wolfe represented the building owner, One Corporate Plaza Inc. in the transaction. QUEUE CAFÉ's owners, Jea and Kim Weitlauf, worked on the transaction directly with help from the Small Business Administration.

"This lease represents our commitment to help build a stronger downtown community by working with local talent.  This high-end establishment is not usually found in downtown office building in the Midwest so we are excited that Jea chose to open his restaurant in our building.  Queue Café will provide a unique gourmet food experience not presently available to the average downtown office worker.  This entrepreneur brings 15 years of gourmet experience to our tenants and their guests." said Wolfe.  "Their ability to provide catering services makes the deal even more important for our tenants and the surrounding businesses.  QUEUE CAFÉ joins an impressive roster of national and international firms such as Deloitte, AON, BKD, Palmer & Cay and of course LG&E Energy Corp. at this premier address."

Jea Weitlauf agrees. "We are very excited about QUEUE CAFÉ.  I've worked downtown my entire career and it is thrilling to be a part of its reawakening.  This is an unbelievable opportunity to get the chance to serve people I already know and like."
